This “Reata” Branded Cowhide Tote’s body is made from a classic Crazy Horse leather.
It carries a pitchfork brand, which indicated it was once roaming on the famous, still existing Pitchfork Ranch, in Guthrie Texas.
The tote’s top edge is rolled and stitched, to give it additional support and a nice finished look.
All seams are double stitched, with nylon thread.
The bridle leather strap handles and closure strap are hand cut, hand edged, side dyed, and burnished, to give them a fine feel, finished look and additional durability.
The tote includes an inside 6” x 8” pocket, to accommodate your cell phone, wallet or other necessities.
There is also a removable key fob, with a brass clip, made of the same bridle leather as the carry straps.
The carry straps, attached with hand peened copper rivets, have a 13” drop, making it a comfortable shoulder carry.
The “Reata” Tote is a real handy size for carryin’ your laptop, tablet, textbooks, journal, sketchbook, lunch, knitting or other outing necessities.
As will my other totes, whether you’re cruisin’ the Grand Tetons, Grand Central, or the Grand Canal, this tote will give you many years of functional service and simple elegant style.
Please understand that the rustic color/character of the leather varies, across the body of this tote. This leather has great character that will continue to improve with use and age.
